Save the weird thematic introduced by the hypnotism theme, this has to be categorized as happy sex, with a few ahegao faces, big tits, vacuum action, and various “usual” sex actions too. There are many kinds of muslims, ranging from ultra-conservative like Taliban to 'muslim in the name only'. Just like christians, not all of them act like the pope, right? 'Muslims' is a common name for anyone that took Islam as their religion, whether they faithfully following it or just claiming to be (and ignore the practice/prayer whatsoever). It's all bigoted religion baiting: You constantly tell a people they are violent radicals and then stop listening to them unless they say radical things, you will see them being radical. If you say they are peaceful people and only publicize them when they say peaceful things (and keep police watch over them otherwise), you will see a sharp decrease in radicalism.
The reason you don't have as strong a radical wing in Christianity is that very minor Christian population feel occupied, not as many of them are marginalized, and the crazy loonies are ignored as aberrations rather than glorified as the voice of the religion.

The guy is wearing a turban and sitting in the lotus position at the start and then says he is a reincarnation of someone? I think the artist just fused(or mistook) Indian and some semblance of middle eastern attributes and created this weird amalgam.
