Actually that's a bad idea seeing as you have bots that would pretty much spam the shit out of it. Also you would need people who are on everyday (me brook ilex and noire are good examples) to moderate the forum and I highly doubt any of us really have the time to actually go through every single post to make sure everything is alright and plus you have people who really can't control themselves and go on a banning spree (-coughCarnagecough-).
And anyway the law of my country makes me penally and financially responsible for shit taking place in a forum I'm setting up, unlike a chatroom.
