The problem with that pic is that the girl's head is almost as big as her thorax.

There’s a few things off about that image, even though they’re probably going for a bit of a fisheye-lens view with it. For one, her breasts apparently start at the clavicles, unlike on humans (or even most manga/anime girls). Which means she’s probably missing a few ribs, and her nipples are slightly below her armpits.

I added Cloudflare protection ( http://www.cloudflare.com/ ) to hentairulesfiles.net, it acts as a CDN for me (not that I care, lol, I don't have that many visitors ^^), and as a visitor protection system too.

The standards of symetry are three head distance from shoulder to shoulder. If not done you get this. Giant boobs in the center try to solve it by drawing attention but it's not efective enough. Anyway, you can see this all the time, few hentay artist obey proportions.

Thre is no problem with that pic, is just the panel´s angle that make it look that way.
i agree with zuulqlula, the angle should be from above. putting too much emphasis on the B makes the picture odd to look at
