I'm not entirely sure if he's the translator, but it leads me to believe he is.
Fallacies is not the translator, actually. He helped the translator with distributing it, but as far as I know, he wasn’t otherwise involved.
Then do you know who actually translated it? I'd like to see if they have any other stuff available.
