That position isn't really difficult to maintain, it depends on how much weight you place on your left shoulder and it isn't even tiring to me. PS: I'm passed thirty…
It depends on 'how big/plump her breast' are, which hold her entire body <in that position>. So there's a bit gap between her body and the floor.
