I just found the answers to my own questions. Over on Faytear's blog, he is now sharing this, and here are a couple of his comments about it:

I then took a look on doujin-moe, and Raikoh says there is at least one more chapter of this, but it hasn't been scanned yet.
That was some awesome! One of the best storylines ever! If it didnt have incest it would have been perfect.
