It’s a bit like Crimson Comics : I can’t tell the artist sucks, definitely not, but every time there’s something released by this artist, I have better stuff to share, and I let his releases behind. And, some day, I realize there’s enough for a fat hentai pack – the fat hentai pack I’m sharing right here 
These works are : 0 Plus Minus 0, Celebrating Serio, DoGU Family, Double Twin Tails, Eromero MIX, Iis interactive IN-NYO system, Makenrou, Nagato’s Keeper, Tondekke Hishou Kassou Tsubasa, and Witherless Flower.
It’s hard to describe the artist’s works, there are various styles. It’s kinky sex (ranging from dirty talk to pee fetish in the “worst” case), and when the artist decides to go over the top, he does go over the top, two examples : hyper-energetic doggystyle, or lactation. It’s almost entirely happy mutually consented sex with good feelings, but there’s also a certain femdom atmosphere (and yet, I ruled out from my pack the hard femdom works of the artist, OMFG they were extreme).
I certainly missed some credits, but, at least, thanks to Desu, Lhytiss, Raikoh the LWB guys !

In the show, Nagato is actually treated as an alien. Sure she is apparently a construct by a formless extraterrestrial intelligence (I know it sounds kind of corny, but oh well). On the other hand, when she is stabbed she bleeds, which means that at the very least she was constructed out of flesh and blood.
This means that by the common use of the terms, she is neither an robot or android, as both of these terms would mean she had mechanical parts (though I admit that much of her anatomy outside of doujins, which can not be counted as reputable sources).
Technically she could be called a bioroid, or maybe an android only if the dictionary definition were used:
"An automaton that is created from biological materials and resembles a human."
