The typography looked familiar, but I didn't see Lhytiss mentioned anywhere.

I don't think it is mentioned in the chapter itself, but when Raikoh shares stuff on Doujin-moe, he always makes sure to thank the translators. I just went there and looked up who did this one.

It is a chapter from one of the monthly magazines. The easiest way to tell if something is from a monthly magazine is to look for something like what you see on the lower right side of page two. The large text with the artist's name and the picture of a recent tankoubon of his are things you only see in a monthly magazine. If it was a chapter from a tankoubon, there would just be a chapter title without all of that other junk.
