Fair warning, it was a pain for me to decide to share it for that reason : half of the manga is loli ¬_¬ But despite this, XXX Addict, IMO, is really worth reading ! What struck is is the fact this manga is a REALLY adult story, not just porn, but with maturity behind the story. It was… compelling, I think that’s the right word. |
Now, for the story, I can’t summarize much without spoiling you everything, I’ll just mention the rather open ending, allowing us to waste lots of time trying to imagine how it will end, how much is is the heroine really ****en (you’ll guess the word when you finish reading), what the male partner says or does afterward… Adding to this great very neat drawings, I loved it a lot despite the loli. So thanks a LOT to Saha and Anon

I'm not sure she really is entirely broken, it may be possible she really found the strength to move on, and accept what she was, what she loved, as something NOT hatable.
It kinda left a bitter sweet kinda feeling, the girl I don't think is 'broken' she's moved on with it, and is doing what she knows the best, this kinda feels like it could be turned into a reverse mind-break if it continued with the two of them, the guy finally getting her out of that lifestyle while she finds someone who does actually care about her, for her.
I mean heck, Wade Wilson and Vanessa started out like that, why not these guys.

I thought this was a rather interesting tale. I do agree with Rothide, I'm not sure if she was broken or if she just dealt with it and moved on. Regardless, I enjoyed it.

Just so you know, this is a fairly *mild* story, compared to a lot of the stuff that is out there. If you can't handle this one, then you had better find a different hobby other than hentai.

I've seen WAY darker graphic material come out of THIS country you call the USA (or heck, even Europe depending on where you come from…) and done with less finesse then the stuff that comes out of Japan. Stuff that could possibly you want to burn your eyes off, it's so awful and gross. You'd be amazed at the things people get off to. I think this was incredibly depressing. I think what's driving at the core of this story is what makes it sadder. It kind of strikes me as criticism about how Japanese culture allows this to happen to women. Definitely not a happy ending at all. Weird that it takes on the form of loli/porno. It's hard to read the actual story when it has such graphic content, as it almost makes it unbearable. It's somewhat hard to dig through for a good message when it seems to purposely make itself hard to discern.
Mind you, I'm not saying the fact that it was depressing was a good or bad thing. I just don't think it needed all the graphic content. It definitely made it grittier, but I wonder at what cost to the message, it feels almost exploitative, like it's cheapening it's impact…
You guys sure she REALLy isn't just lying? I kinda want to interpret it as that…though that story was just too detailed to for a mere joke.
I like the twist at the end because she COULD be joking, or not. I especially like it because it plays on the fact that those types of stories (young girl sexually abused by a relative), without the "just joking", are pretty common Cuvie stories.
