Continues from where Motoko and her girlfriends left off in chapter 3 of the manga. The drawing style is very similar to Masamune Shirow's own (the guy who made Ghost in th Shell), which is a nice bonus for me.
Btw, the 16² is refering to their skin sensitivity (they are cyborgs, 16 is a pretty good sensitivity level).
As for the money making, they were casting cyber porno, and the guys from section 9 were watching it XD
