The ending isn't that hard to figure out. Morning sickness is a symptom of pregnancy , meaning she's at least in her first trimester at the start of this story and as you can see she is not in the least against her boyfriend cumming inside her constantly , in fact , insisting on it. And the last small panel is basically a flash foward to their wedding day, so the baby won't be born illegitimate.
