For my own sake, I think it has something to do with the stereotypical perception that a girl wearing glasses is more educated, more conservative, in some cases could be considered a "geek" or "nerd", etc. Those types of girls are again stereotypically thought to be uninterested in things like sex. So to see a girl like that having sex and enjoying it makes it special somehow. That's my take on it anyways.

Bingo, that pretty much sums it up! It's like a rarity, totally not expected, does not compute and OMGWTFI<3U feelings in the school/workplace/community and just want to have a taste of that sin that you (as in us) probably thought at first was not there in existence!
