My memory is messed up about it, I’m making a confusion with Tanaka Yutaka, I can’t recall the name of a hentai manga or the hentai artist behind it, could I humbly ask for your help ?

Yup, must be Ai-Ren. Author is Tanaka Yutaka. It is sad, but not tragic. I remember it as re-affirming. Erotic, but not hentai, I'd say. Author also wrote My Lovely Ghost Kana which has the same feel. You can get all 5 volumes at Solaris SUV.

Ah! The description is an exact match for Ai-Ren. OK, so everybody else got it too. Consider it further evidence, or one more vote, Oliver. (And I recall really really liking the beautiful Female Doctor/Gentic Superbeing that raised him. A really lovely story.)
