… I’m sorry I can’t tell you much more, I had ideas of witty descriptions, but it would have resulted in making you a big spoiler wasting part of your reading and discovering pleasure…

It's time oli bought a internet dongle.
It wouldn't help, because Oliver would just leave it at home.
When Oliver goes on these vacations, I am pretty sure he doesn't take anything electronic with him, not even a cellphone. He also doesn't watch TV, listen to the radio, or read newspapers the whole time he is gone. The whole point of the vacation is to "unplug" for a while.
