Thank for the share Oliver. I don't know where the original story of the series come from but there is a hentai OVA of this doujinshi available in Eng sub. I don't like the mind rape/corrupt story line a lot, but the art is gorgeous and full of fetish on both the OVA and doujin.
The anime is called Ma ga Ochiru Yoru ("The Night When Evil Falls" ). I think it is based on a hentai game and/or light novel. Here is the only summary I could find:
Sheliss Elleness Zurbach suddenly appears out of the blue in modern day Tokyo. Destiny has brought her to the human world, destiny in the form of an evil adversary named Gilva. Needing help in tracking down her enemy, she enlists a sexy demon killer.
What Sheelis didn't count on was that a crazed, slimy, tenticled magician would paralyze her and turn her into a sex slave. The slimy tentacles slither all over the paralyzed princess' body.
A long night of sexual punishment is about to begin …

I know these chapters were in the anthology Slave Heroines.
I remember watching hentai anime version of this back in 2006? It was one of the first hentai anime I've watched. It has 3 episodes, if you search it up in Tokyotosho or nyaatorrent you'll probably find it.
