More of her please, and yes, I know about the Hellabuna comics. So is Rio that popular in doujinshi or is this Shinji Nora guy fapping/imitating the Hellabuna comic? Any thoughts?

Rio is an outrageously famous Panchito mascot, so famous that she got her own ecchi anime series called "Rainbow Gate," where she is a Blackjack dealer playing other dealers (in many cosplay outfits) to become the greatest dealer in the world. Maybe that partially clears it up.
