Girly, all-girls, drawn shoujo-type, in two words : Shoujo pirates :D These girls are cute, absurdly carefree, not taking anything seriously and they’re doing fine that way ^^
Please allow me to recommend you to read and enjoy Love Flag Girls, a light comedy with female pirates and cute romance, if it weren’t for the (rare and not even needing censorship) sex scenes, it would have been, simply, a cute shoujo pirate manga, with a highly original ending ;)

Usually I skip it because this is, either or both
– plain boring
– too short
– not displaying enough sexuality
;)

Ah but they sometimes contain more vanilla than the usual straight manga :3 Though I agree many of them are not sexual enough :(
