I accidentally pasted the wrong title (from a previous version of this post) in the title, and the blog engine saved it as the URL. I corrected the title, but the URL remained. For all I care, i have no reason to waste time fixing it.
The levels correct was applied to the translated version, the beginning only (the rest, it didn't need it).
