This was part of one of my Shiwasu No Okina shares.
One of the chapters from JC Ecchi, initially published as a standalone Shining Musume bonus chapter. As a standalone version and as a tank chapter, it didn't have the same scanlator.
And it's the "bonus version" that got the epic "da fuck ?" line, spoken by a super angry head nurse discovering her patient's couch became overnight an ocean of piss and sperm
