The male hero is simply kind and available, and incidentally also blessed with a supposedly good rod with unlimited ammo. The drawings aren’t technically censored, the artist, Charlie Nishinaka, is using every drawing trick in existence to avoid having to represent genitalia ! (Yeah, that was me trolling, this is censorship ) And the girls have the usual Nishinaka-style ahegaos at times.

Deposit files soesn't work
Depositfiles link for 1-8 repack is bad. It links to an 18mb file which is too small for even volume 8 on it's own.

Just the DF one for all of the volumes, as it's the only one people can actually download, but the remote upload of it failed when you did it.
The other two (Rapidgator and Filehost) will not allow you to download files larger than 500mb if you do not have a premium account for their website (I have accounts for both and I still get that message, therefore registering for a free does not fix that).
Torrent offer stands.
Especially since depositfiles is killing my download halfway through the download of the 1-8
It seems that the DF link for the repack is incomplete. Downloaded 2 times and same result.
It sounds more like your download is failing. Try some sort of downloader like MiPony or jDownloader, downloading directly using your browser rarely ever works correctly with large files.
I highly doubt it's my download failing. First time it only downloaded 200 mb but when I tried again it downloaded everything but said that the file was in complete.
Exactly. Your download is failing. It's only downloading 200MB, as opposed to the 529 it should be.
If the uploaded file was only 200MB, Depositfiles would say so. It says the uploaded file is the full 529MB, therefore it is. The problem is on your side, not Oliver's/Depositfiles'.

It was 529MB when I last checked D: (Which was every time I made a reply.)
Also, even if it was only 400MB (and therefore corrupt anyway), his download was STILL failing because it had only downloading 200MBs. So this problem isn't your fault, Oliver.

Since I first "read" them on Japanese (There's no way I could actually read those signs, that's why some lazy guy invented the Romanji for us), I love the Cheers! Series. And I thank Nishinaka Sensei, the translators and the sharers for every new volume.
PS: I don't mind the kind of censorship. Imo, mosaics are worse that a mass of white.
PPS: Is there a way to change the place with Ueno Kenta, he's a lucky bastard.
