This goes to illustrate once again the crazy imagination of the Japanese. We have here a toilet for women, in a highschool, to which a man has been attached, and so the girls have to sit on him to pee. (Fortunately, here be no scat, I’m relieved to write that.)
Of course, the man is used as a sexual relief commodity, so, sex follows.
This is nice vaginal, oral and DP action, but I’m not sure everybody will manage to enjoy this idea, this is really bizarre O_o

Seemed less like "a man who was attached to a toilet seat" and more like "a toilet seat that is shaped like an (apparently faceless) man, has certain properties of a living person (soft 'flesh', semen production, basically anything required for a proper sex scene with him to work), has a consciousness of its own, and yet is unable to communicate with anybody via either speech or body language (well, as far as we can tell), but whose psychology is apparently immune to any negative effects that such a situation would have on a normal person's mind".
Or, in a much more brief phrasing, a living man-shaped 'masturbation-toilet seat'.
Say, the art style reminds me of the two Semimogura doujinshi that you shared recently. Is that a mere coincidence?
Semimogura is his name for doujin works. Yoshiie is his name for officially published works since this was in Comic Shingeki 2011-05
