As for this doujin, this is the weird story of a guy who might not be human (a demon, an alien, a delusional guy, who kows) having sex with a sort of female colleague. The drawings weren’t as good as of usual with the artist Chiba Toshirou, but they were still enjoyable, and strangely reminded me a bit of Otsuka Kotora’s drawing style in Angraecum.

The original manga was is about a demon who eats riddles comming to human world to eat riddles. The girl is his "assistant", though in the manga no romantic feelings were involved.
In the manga, Neuro often abuses her, albeit commically. I'm surprise this doujin didn't show up before.
