She’s Toramaru Shou, a tiger youkai with the ability to attract treasure. She’s a disciple of Bishamonten as well as a follower of Hijiri Byakuren. Her underling is Nazrin, whom Bishamonten assigned to her to keep an eye on her and to help her out.
Fanon has her being clumsy due to the fact that she lost the Jeweled Pagoda, to which fandom plays with this repeatedly. Also helps that Nazrin is usually portrayed as more competent than her (namely that Carcharias doujin).
Not particularly popular, namely the same reason as Orin as well as curvy lasers.
