I haven't actually read past chapter 8 of the manga, but didn't the student council president want to take Konome's virginity himself (and force Tamao to watch)? Then why did he let some masked dude do it? Did he already take it during the chapters that were skipped? Or is that guy fucking her in the ass? It's hard to tell since one scene she's got nothing in her and the next scene he's pounding the fuck out of her from behind… Someone else asked this same question on the scanlation post too, asking how she still had her virginity (someone said something about his dick being too small, was that the case?)
Actually, that guy didn't take her virginity because he couldn't get his dick hard enough to break her hymen, there was too much pressure and all.
And, side note, no dick is too small to take a virginity, the hymen is right there at the entry, and it is not very solid, most women break their hymens themselves simply through the practice of sport, even a tiny dick, as long as it is hard, could do the job.
