It was rather rough. This one was not done by DesuDesu who had done the last several editions. You can tell the difference in several locations.

Editors and Admin should have unremovable tags, hopefully, this is in the list of requirements.
First comes : fixing that shit, there are known cases or bugs, and updating the engine with ajaxification (to prevent current bugs caused by the php loading of the tags being incompatible with the blog cache system, only javascript-powered systems are fully oblivious to blog cache interference)
Second comes : adding the essential features : banned terms, homonyms (adding "big boobs" would add to and show "big breasts", for instance), showing number of votes, and unremovable tags.
