There would be several hentaimon. The school nurse, the big sister, the younger sister, the childhood friend, the neighbour, the female mangaka, the MILF next door, and so on, and so on…
Instead of pokeballs, we would have manly attributes : obsessed personality, girly face, big dick, shota eyes, phimosis glans, large back, muscular build, fortune.
Instead of potions and battle items, we would have stuff like “Nerdy Ryuu used Childhood Promise ! It’s super effective !“

i actually have one on my computer a hentai version of Pokemon, its not the best game around but dam its very addicting when you get into it and it has hentaimon (well i class them as that) and its based off the first Pokemon. ill upload it if you want to give it a try?

You have plenty of options already. Seikirei, Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere, Rosario+Vampire… all already have a male lead surrounded by a pokemon team of women more powerful than the lead is.
