My guess is that the world outside the wall is either completely destroyed or still fine and all the girls are getting taken away cause they are pregnant. The reason for this weird "garden" is ether going to be a twisted experiment, or an attempt at repopulating the world with men… either way good stuff, thanks and keep it coming!
