Looks like they fixed it with their next definitions update. I was not able to access the site yesterday morning, but I was able to connect sometime last night and everything is back to normal now.
Oh man I missed getting my daily fix. Sure, I have massive amounts of hentai on my hard drive, but it is so refreshing to read something new every day, rather than fap to that which has been fapped to a thousand times before.

There is a good reason why they block your site. If they'd blacklist linked sites it will be exploited by cycling referred sites so that it won't trigger the blacklist algorithm
