I'mma say the woman, who has clear interest in him and likes him, over the other girl who *might* like him or might barely know he exists. Just in response to your picture: yeah, that position's possible. Kind of hard on the guy's lower back, since he basically has to balance on their knees, but it's really just halfway between seventh position and doing it on one's side.
