Given the similarities in character design to Motenai Girls, in addition to the length of time that has passed since a new chapter in that series has been released, it’s quite possible that Distance absorbed ideas from that to create this new series.
That is to say, it’s possible that Motenai Girls could be considered a ‘beta’ story for the creation of Girl’s Lacrosse Club. Afterall, Distance is no stranger to prototype stories i.e. the original HHH which featured a music teacher instead of a sempai.
Negative side – "Motenai Girls" appearing to be discontinued (probably just as tragic IMHO as the discontinuation of "Seka X Seka").
Positive Side (which far overrides the negative): I hereby appoint as the un-official theme song for this masterpiece of a series (judging from the first chapter already) the rock classic by Queen:
"Another One Bites The Dust."
… which probably sums up neatly how our protagonist shall ascend the ladder of (ahem) hot and horny sex fiends.

If you want something translated that badly, commission someone to do it.
Our IRC has several translators who accept commissions on it if you need help finding one.
Motenai Girls was suspended and replaced with Girls Lacrosse Club, that's why he said that it was completed, all the characters were used in this new harem series.
