I remember as if it were yesterday how I felt when I read Re-Take. Moved. Glad. Touched, to tears. Sad. Exhilarated. And satisfied, glad, whole, knowing that something that was left unfinished, imperfect, had been perfected, given the conclusion it needed.
If you ever read or watched Evangelion, you ought to also read Re-Take ! In six volumes, it brings to Evangelion the best ending there could have been.
And, well, seeing as all of its links were dead, zips and galleries, I went ahead and fixed it all, brand new zip links, brand new gallery links

I imagine it must be conflicting with the new series of 3 Evangelion movies. Me, the last I watched is The End Of Evangelion.

the story is same, but there is a couple new scene that IMO is good (especially the ending)

The all ages version cuts all the sex parts,there are some additional scene.The ending is the same colour pages from vol 4(EoE scene).
You can find it on batoto, not worth reaing all over again IMO.

After I started watching anime on my PC (about 7 year ago, I was about 15) I decided to give Evangelion a shot, since people always praised it so much. Huge disappointment, never understood why everybody liked it so much. I'll probably re-watch it some day just to make sure if it is as bad as I remember.
@FFighter: Eva is kind of easier to watch if you take it slow.
Of you can take it quick, as long as you're doing drugs.
Agreed, best Evangelion doujin, so much felt and so much closure the *actual* series fell short of providing.
