A brother and sister are going out for the day, because the brother had the stupid idea to tell his friends he had a girlfriend (I imagine the “I’m not a loser like you, look !” typical discussion ^^). However, going out means growing closer and closer, until, well : we’re on a hentai blog, aren’t we ? 
Graphically, Distance is good as of usual, the girl has big breasts, juicy lips and enjoys creampies as of usual (there’s also the weird-ass cheese reference, Distance does it occasionally, brr), it’s nice happy sex with love

You could probably add Akari Tsutsumi as well, with a number of works filled to the brim with elder sisters, like the "Toy Heart" ToHeart2 doujin series with Tamaki-nee and Yuuji, and 3 Infinite Stratos doujins aptly titled "Incest Strategy" .
