Argh, the image resolution is damn too small, 1074 pixels high 
There are good points in that share, though, a full 212-pages long manga, showing the work and love story between a competent female boss and her unskilled white collar employee. They’re hiding at work that they’re husband and wife, and every chapter is a new chance to enjoy seeing them having sex.
Pros : lingerie, vanilla, commendable effort at making a scenario, love. Cons : huge white hole censorship, and that damn image resolution :o

Disagreeing. The male lead may act like a douche at times, there is also a villain, but that doesn't mean the manga isn't vanilla.
They still love each other and frequently confirm their mutual love, and the manga is actually filled with proofs of mutual care, with a sweetish ending.
Unless there's a canon definition of vanilla carved in stone somewhere, specifying the male actor has to be a slob only pouring love over his woman and villains are forbidden, I'll still call this vanilla

A release comes in 3000+ px
That's a major inconvenience for (according to an old poll) over 1/3 of the visitors, because
– the images are far too large for their monitor (I'll remind you that several popular image viewers do a crappy job at fitting images to screen, making the images fugly), or
– their internet access doesn't like it (either capped immediate bandwidth, either capped monthly totals)
So it's in high res and I have enough time, here's what I do
– share the original high res images as main share
– share a resized to average 1600px version as additional zip link
And as for my galleries, the images are downsized to 1500px because
– the galleries are for online viewing and were never thought as a way to leech full mangas
– it takes a LOT less space on my server and thus doesn't hog too much disk and bandwidth

If I'm not mistaken, this is a older scan and title. It wasn't that long ago that 800px was the standard size for scans of this type. I'm glad that's not the case anymore.
Y'know, that "not too long ago" would be 2005, in my eyes, and in 2005 the size 1600 px was already growing closer to being a standard

I checked in there, and after extensive checking, I can tell this is simply, and exactly, Tadanohito's initial version, with the images size having been doubled in an image editor (with crude settings for enlargement, besides).
This is also based on a very first version by Tadanohito, I had noticed Tada fixed a typo on a page, while the svscomics version still had the typo.
Either someone with kind intentions enlarged it by himself (but please, next time, better choose wisely the enlargement rules, apply maybe a faint surface blur and unsharp mask, the images would have looked really better T_T), or it was a natural born sadist who wanted you guys to leech a file 3 times larger
Rule one of enlargement: don’t do it.

There is 1 chapter involving rape, and it was heading down the NTR route, but it turned around and went back to vanilla thankfully.
The biggest dissapointment was that the rapist was left with his limbs intact. I'd of loved to have seen the MC break his legs.

This was very vanilla-ish. The rape and evil barbarian scene doesn't change this. As to the way Mr. Gaijin is portrayed: I'm actually surprised they allowed his character to be so honest about Japan's corporate treatment of women. But with him as a rapist, and then bisexual to boot, it's important to remember that Japanese men have a massive inferiority complex about Western men. Japanese men rank at or near the bottom of every survey conducted on which nation produces good lovers. Hence why so many foreigners end up in NTR stories, doing to Japanese women what their Japanese men can't do.
This is one of those manga where censorship really does make a huge difference. I thought it was sexy and enjoyable, but gah, that censorship.
I remain convinced that the declining birthrate in Japan is doe to couples waiting for their genitals to either pixaliate or fade to nothingness. ;P

In my opinion, this count counted as an ecchi volume, in which the story took predecence over the sex… So, in that regard, even if the censorship was dreadful, the "essence" of the manga wasn't savagely cut off…
