Wow. Damn. That one’s gonna be difficult to describe. And I don’t want to commit spoilers, as finally understanding, and smiling in the end after your brain worked hard, plays a large role in this share’s interest. Scenario-wise, let’s say it starts with a NEET, visited by his class rep, who hides a great horny body below her plain poker face, and they become sexfriends, going as far as bondage play. But the girl’s got a secret, she’s been twisted (hence a partly unhealthy aura around her) and she’s, perhaps, seeking a remedial relation…

Graphically, even with the thick black censorship bars, this is good stuff, the girl’s body is “oh so ready” for sex, with very nice proportions, and the subtle drawing touch, the girl’s eyes, her freckles, that set up a really erotic atmosphere, it was intense.

Wait… what ? I checked just in case, but I didn’t remember at all this artist, Arai Kei, was also known under the Kansai Orange pen name, and had other works available ?!? O_o Alzheimer comes in early for me, it seems.
