Hey, that’s rare (and old : from 2004 ! 
), an original work by Digital Lover, not parodiating something, but entirely invented ! O_o
I’ll give you that, the art, from ten years ago, is severely bad compared to any other work by Digital Lover. But even then, in itself, it’s interesting 
As for the story, two childhood friend, the girl is a waitress while the boy is the manager of a café, and they have happy sex with love at last.
