Using Wine could do the trick, or else you can simply open the sfw subfolder and drag and drop the anims into your web browser. Or use a video player accepting SWFs, although I don't know which ones for Mac would do, maybe the Daum Pot Player also exists on Mac ?

Did you try running the program in compatibility mode of an older Windows, maybe ? Just in case ?
i'm using windows 7 64b. basically, i see the buttons to do various animations, but everything else is just pure white. like it's a bunch of buttons on a piece of printer paper. no audio or anything. i can go through all of the animations, ofc i don't see them at all. i tried it zipped and unzipped and neither worked. however, the very final cutscene shows up, and i can hear what she says.
