After a studying each of the chapters, the chronology seems to be (using Oliver's terms): Fetishist -> Bride -> Niidumaa -> Kanojo

There's the omake after this. It's called "Kanojo wa Yajima san". It's at the "Only You" tank. Then, there are 3 earlier Setsuko stories at the "Sayonara Oppai" tank.
