It could very well be, and is probably even likely, that what we see is what we get, but page 11 especially appears as though it's something the son thinks might be happening, not necessarily what is happening. Not really any way to know until the next chapter either way though.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but just read the first few chapters (first week, first month, etc.). There's pretty much zero room for speculation whether the mother really spreads her legs for the black dude or not.
The latest part simply shows the idiot son (who didn't figure things out until now) suspecting what's been happening all along.
Personally, I just wanna see one scene in the final chapter: the husband kicking his soon-to-be ex-wifes plump ass out of the house, while she's carrying her mixed (dark-skinned) baby from the boy.
We both know that is not going to happen. In these kinds of story the following 9 times out of 10 happens.
A) The husband stays completely clueless and end up raising the mixed baby while the foreign student continues fucking her
B) The son catches them in the act an proves that he is a shinji Syndrome male and cries about it.
C) They are found out, but the wife moves away with the Foreign exchange student leaving her old family behind.
Personally I think that the Son is truly going to get NTR'ed next chapter due to the Foreign exchange student laying down the pipe game of that girl who likes the boy. Then he will be either
A) left in the dark while the girl covers for the mother's cheating while getting fucked silly
