Ah, regarding the naming arrangements, I go by what I have seen most often in the past.
It's only – for instance – very recently that I saw Wamusato Haru, while, in the past, that was always Haru Wamosato. And so, for this artist, I prefered to stick to the previous and more common naming order.
That's also for consistency, less with grammar, than with frequency use.
I must also confess that my very poor knowledge of Japanese language (I never learned it, if it hasn't been obvious already ^.^) doesn't allow me to tell, most often, if what I'm reading is a name or a surname, it's only quite rarely that I'm able to tell.
