Other than the fact that Araragi is a huge chicken, there's one thing that struck me, and it's hard to believe I'm saying this about a hentai doujin:
Hanekawa's tits aren't big enough and they aren't full enough. Think artist is off a couple of cup sizes.
It's normal for hentai doujin artists to "upgrade" a character's bust size.
For example, look at doujins by AXZ (Kutani) and Mogudan.

Yeah, that's my point. Hanekawa's boobs are too small, and a doujin artist usually makes girls have bigger boobs than in the original manga/anime/visual novel/game, etc. That's why it popped out at me immediately (yes, that's a pun, but also true: an artist crewed up by making a hentai doujin where the busty heroine's bust isn't as busty as it is in the anime.
