I found this tank in my friend Vaizard’s latest giga hentai tankoubon pack (hint, take a look!), thank you ! 
So, what’s Himegoto Maternity about ? Mutual love, with good feelings =)
First a long story arc, about a fake shotgun wedding, the heroine lying about being pregnant so that her CEO father accepts to let her choose her destiny and be with the kind although “normal” man she loves. They’re all about making babies for real at last and confirming their love is built on strong foundations, it was touching =)
And second, a few cute one-chapter stories, not emotionally deep but pleasant enough
The one thing you’ll dislike is the censorship, whiteout all the way T_T
By the same artist, I also share Spray Pink 1-3 and Akatsuki Wo Matte volumes 1 and 2 (the BEST Berserk parody I ever read, Caskaaaaaa!!)

Instead of censorship i see the union of a lightsaber and a portal xD

That's not a bad principle, to strong censorship, strong story line…
In that present case, I think the main arc's story is worth it, the mangaka took the time to look into building good foundations for a relation.
