I don't have a Cheesecake Factory in my country, all I know of it comes from The Big bang Theory.
Are they really SO GOOD, then, in terms of industrially produced DELICIOUS goodness ? O.o
A few months ago, I was in Dubai, in the Cheesecake Factory, and ordered the Shepherd's Pie. It was on a huuuge plate. And I'm a short, skinny Asian guy. Even the waitress didn't think I could eat all of that. But I totally did. #NoRegrets.
But yes, the one time I went and ate there, it was GOOD.
It's like Mousse said, the place is not really about quality, it's about quantity.
They sell plates of food in obscene proportions and calories.
I think I read somewhere they had a burrito containing over 3500 calories.
You could eat an appetizer at this place and get a day's worth of your recommended calories.
Basically, a health nut sees the restaurant the same way a movie vampire sees crosses.
Weeeell…..Maybe it's just that I like "American" food sold by big chains. Greasy, unhealthy junkfood. If there were a Cheesecake Factory over here, I'd be fat…
