Fair warning, there’s not a lot of sex in that one, half of the manga is based on showing the heroine act candidly on the beach while her boyfriend is looking at her and is reconsidering his fetishes. So unless you like the themes, maybe you’d better skip :o
The themes, now, well, it’s simply that the male hero’s girlfriend has gone from slim to very plump, and it disturbs him. What disturbs him even more is to realize every boy on the beach is ogling at her and her only, and in the end he’ll come to terms and enjoy that which he’s been offered. It’s a bit fun

Sure, if you expected 20 pages of dead serious sex with a thin girl, sorry mates ^^
