It's kind of were looking at a female character that resembles the male protagonist of one of his greatest works "Tayu Tayu"

It's actually from a recently released "Vanilla Essence" tankobon by Yamatogawa.
"Trip on Trip" was one of the two chapters from the tankobon with no magazine version English translation available, now the only untranslated chapter left is a 4 pages long colored story. The rest I believe will get simply re-edited with better, less censored scans soon enough.
