The Preying Mantis’ Nest [English], by Arai Kei (Also known as kansai Orange)
A scumbag son whose fetish is to steal his uninvolved and impotent father’s wifes, meets the woman who will turn seriously bad when exposed to his vileny.
There’s so much more than I would be willing to write, however I’ll have to resist. You see, this share is very much story-driven, with a spiralling movement towards what we realize is an inescapable end.
If you insist, I’ll provide just one biblical spoiler.
If the preview images suit your tastes as far as drawings go, I’ll beg you, try to resist temptation, stick to reading the story from the beginning, without jumping to the end at once, it would be too bad.
Desudesu is behind this release, I can’t say I adored it, but it left me with a strong impression, so, thank you
EDIT: this story is now part of a complete volume, called Houkago Hinitiation. You can view it in two versions, in its full-colour version (but with hideous censorship) or in its grayscale tank version (still with heavy censorship, but not “OH MY GOD THIS IS ATROCIOUS” levels of censorship, still ).
Sorry Oliver but the crazy one are the best !!!!
Even in fantasy, they don't manage to get me hard.
The trick, here, was that we didn't realize until it was too late.
That was evil. And genius.
To be honest the kid had it coming and the woman was really the victim in all of that .
This reminds me of School Days – the original story, not a doujin ^^.
I didn't realize the path the anima was taking me on until it was too late. And oh boy i hated it how it played me. I'm still shocked by this ending, i hate it, but i love how the story got me
GET DUNKED ONNNNNNN!!!!
*Spoilers*
Ah, joking aside, it was never clear when. From the writing, it felt like it started the moment she tasted pleasure because that's when she started to rationalize it. That's the only obvious thing before the story starts fast-forwarding through time.
Or – my suspicion – she was already mentally weird. Let's think of it, a woman aged 30 and still a virgin, who accepts to marry a unversity senpai without trying to have sex with him, and who didn't seem to bother that her son in law was having serious issues beforehand.
Well, except it's shown that she has tried, but he has erectile dysfunction. He tries again before the business trip, but it's so demoralizing he just says nothing and the story continues. We also don't know if she knew anything about the boy's issues before the marriage. What we do know is that she had a preconceived notion of happiness before she was married. We know that she rationalized getting into the marriage by holding onto that vision of happiness. If this, combined with being a virgin at the age of 30, and gunning for a partner that could have seemed genuine (we don't know for sure) makes her mentally unstable before the story actually begins, then yes. I just don't buy the whole "being 30 year old virgin who accepts a convenient marriage" as crazy by default. Weird? Sure. Crazy mentally? We'll have to agree to disagree on that.
One word sums up appropriately how I felt after reading this:

You twisted, sick perv
Dayum indeed
WTF! i dunno if this is really clever or really creepy
I kinda wish more mindbreak/netorare stories ended this way.
That dad needs to run the fuck away damn
Well… he did during two years, already.
"Oh, hello son.
Wife, I just remembered, I have a new job, I'll be away for two decades.
Seeee yaaaaaaaaa~~~~"
Page 58 – "Father's reaction should have been THIS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FPELc1wEvk :p
I swear, someone must be lobotomizing Japanese husbands. "My son had sex with my last wife. I'm sure I won't need to warn my new wife. What's the worst that could happen? Maybe I'll just take off for a few years, everything should be fine!"
It's no small wonder that Japan's economy is crap, everyone keeps getting sent overseas! Every story I read, it seems like SOMEONE is getting sent out of the country! Three different people went overseas in just this one story. Maybe if some people stayed in Japan and worked, they could get the economy straightened out. I'm sure their officials would agree, you know, if they hadn't all been sent overseas!
That's full rage hentai for ya.
Me, I was more scared than enraged.
But, yeah, this is really annoying, how Japanese men are portrayed as either herbivores or scumbags. There's not enough middle ground :-/
because thats how it is here, really.
I am super against NTR, but if the guy isn't banging his super hot wife at every available opportunity, then it's kinda his fault. I mean, sure, there's business trips, but so long as you get home ASAP, then you're good. There's no reason to put your job before your wife. Work is important, but you're gonna retire at some point, while your wife will be there till the end.
And the son, too. Theoretically. Sure, here, the son is already a lost cause :/
honestly, here in japan its not uncommon for one of the parents to live and work far away
Not sure if she was crazy from the start, but if that was the case, she had it repressed and the boy made the crazy side of her come out. The father wasn't at fault at all.
The father's like someone who leaves a loaded gun where the kids are going to play, or refuses to replace the missing railing on the second floor despite there being a sleepwalker in the family. he's VERY much at fault. Of the characters we see, I'd blame him first. The only character who might be more at fault would be the first wife, IF she sexually conditioned Akitoshi, which given his describing to Chihiro their sex as a "game" and his seemingly normal relationship with classmate Hinako, seems to be strongly possible.
I love her face… But man what an end xDDD
Bonkers from start or later? Hard to say. Her inner thoughts clearly show that she was sexually frustrated, but was going on with her life, even though having a child seemed to be an important dream of hers, one she'd given up on due to Mr. Limpdick. She falls, fast, extremely fast. In her first session, she's all inner thoughts, "He knows I'm horny and frustrated!" and is disappointed when he pulls out of her. She's determined to go on with her family dream and forget about it when she has to take the laundry in, comes across the punk's undies, starts sniffing them and playing with herself. At which point, guess who walks in?
The tipping point is clearly when Mr. Limpdick remains Mr. Limpdick. Just prior to that, while she's having sex with the punk, her thoughts are "at this rate I'm going to be eaten up by him!" Her last chance to avoid that, in her own mind, comes when Limpdick fails her. After that, she's the aggressor. But control freak punk don't like losing control, and runs away, not knowing how to handle a woman's sexuality.
So we have
1) Woman under pressure to settle down by the magical age of 30 (so Japanese);
2) Sexually frustrated;
3) Dreams of having a child of her own;
4) Finds sexual relief despite wanting to just forget about it'
5) Final failure of husband pushes her to grab for the pleasure she can get, believing it's all she has left of her dream;
6) Gets more and more aggressive, scaring off typical Japanese male who has zero understanding or concerns about a woman's sexuality;
7) Abandoned. Snap.
Discovers she's pregnant..The Dream Lives! Snap!
9) Gets rejected a final time in stereotypical Japanese "if you're not a teen you're an old hag" view, resulting in final SNAP.
I look on it as a process, where there were several opportunities for things to go better for her, but bad things kept happening, further damaging her psyche.
How much was the Dad at fault? One whole hell of a lot!! Catches wife 1 banging their son and throws her out, then re-marries to have someone to watch over his son, oh, AND DOESN'T TELL NEW WIFE THAT SON IS LITERALLY A MOTHER FUCKER!!!! If you're not going to make a woman truly your wife, damn it, hire a maid or a housekeeper!! When you marry a woman, you'd damn well keep her satisfied. Impotent? Oral sex, fingers, toys – there's plenty of ways to keep her sexually satisfied. Dumb ass!!
And now a look at the punk son. Did he get what was coming to him? I think we need to recognize something: We don't know very much about him. We know that he had a previous sexual relation with his mother/his father's previous wife (it's not perfectly clear whether "previous mother" was his birth mother or not). He says she liked to be teased, and "I played with her like this all the time" which he says right when he's doggystyling Chihiro. Father caught them, kicked previous wife out. There's plenty we don't know: Was the mother the one who instigated things first? Was the father impotent back then, and that's why previous wife ended up with son?
We do see the son describe what happens with Chihiro as "a game", so it seems that he doesn't understand the full consequences of his actions…which would make sense if he'd originally been seduced by a masochistic mama.
Further, we don't know what his relationship is with classmate Hinako: She's clearly friends with him, but are they also in a sexual relationship? He can't get it up when he comes home after he goes out with Hinako, and he's clearly worried when Chihiro questions him. Is it because they had sex, or is he simply not turned on by Chihiro anymore, and he's nervous about telling her he was out with a girl his own age. Later we see that he's been living with Hinako for 3 months. It's not clear when her parents went out of the country. Were they out when he first moved in? His answer about thanking them seems to strongly indicate that Hinako was living by herself when he moved in. There's a strong possibility, therefore, that the two have been having sex. But here's the crux: Either way, he seems to be in a normal, healthy relationship with Hinako. Which indicates to me that he was not irredeemable. Now, for all we know, Hinako's a secret M, and they perfectly match, but she's not presented that way. She certainly seems quite happy with her relationship with Akitoshi, whatever it might be.
Which raises the odds that Akitoshi was conditioned as to how to respond to a "mother".
Ask yourself: Why's the mother kicked out, and not Akitoshi? True, we're dealing with a husband so dumb, he doesn't tell his new wife about his son's propensity to fuck his mother. Clearly the husband blamed the wife for what happened, not Akitoshi. Which would explain why he didn't tell Chihiro (dumb, of course, but it makes a stupid sort of sense), given that he'd believe that his wife was the responsible party.
It's woirth remembering what Akitoshi tells Chihiro after he catches her masturbating and they have consensual sex: "Hey. Don't look so serious. This was just a game. If you ever feel bored, we can play this game again!" If that's his actual belief, and it really seems to be, I don't think he got what was coming to him.
Given his seemingly normal relationship, quite possibly including sex, with a girl his own age, it looks highly likely that Akitoshi has been conditioned, and doesn't comprehend the full magnitude of his actions. Of course he bears some level of responsibility, but his father is the real villain in this story, although it's possible that the divorced wife might be the true culprit. But I can't reconcile his actions with Hinako and his actions with Chihiro any other way. Which just goes to show the truth: You shan't put your dick in crazies.
The only reason I'd be saying the following is because this one had an oddly detailed story. Anyway, I'd argue the boy is the antagonist of the story. While not all of the fault lies on his shoulders, his actions, ignorant or not, are the ones we feel consistently throughout the story. His actions are at once the reason for the inciting incident and her crisis. The father only offers a token presence to flesh out the disaster she/we found herself/ourselves in. The boy is also the only other character with any sort of arc, reflecting her descent into madness and providing additional tension as a result. Overall, though, you give good arguments from a screenwriting perspective for the villain being the father.
I agree he's the antagonist, but not in the usual sense, and I don't see him as the ultimate villain. There are just too many things that don't add up, and too many important pieces of information that we just don't know. Why Mom # 1 gets kicked out, but Dad doesn't blame the son. How Akitoshi came to be the way he is when the manga starts. The way Akitoshi seems to treat his sex with Chihiro as a game. Whether Akitoshi and Hinako are having sex. The comparison between the seemingly normal relationship with Hinako and the messed up one with Chihiro. And then there's Chihiro herself, who clearly has issues of her own going into this marriage. She succumbs extremely fast in the first sex session. It starts out as rape, but then she's pissed when he pulls out of her. Everything after that is consensual, and she soon turns into the hunter. An obsessed hunter at that. her actions when he comes home from being out with Hinako are clearly those of someone not right in the head. We see the symbolism of her finally going totally insane at the end in the traditional Japanese way: The house is filthy. The result is that Chihiro isn't purely a victim either. Sure, Akitoshi's actions got us to the end, but it was also Chihiro's reactions that brought us there as well.
It really does boil down to the commandment: You shan't put your dick in crazies.
Is it just me or does anyone else find the fact that a college age guy couldn't push a woman off him to prevent himself from being choked? I mean there were no ropes or other restraints, are we to believe he was such a weakling?
Lol. An enjoyable read. If the ending had been a happy one (ok I'll marry you type of thing) i probably could have fapped to it. Not a fan of ntr or any of that, but that dad is a real piece of shit who puts work before family so I wouldn't even count it.
Ah well. I'll remember the story at least =)
Of all the story with the guy-rapes-woman-into-cumdump plot, I for one am glad the that little fucker got his punishment in the end. Karma's a bitch indeed. Also, I think the father and son are to blame. The father for taking his new wife for granted and the son the for raping and mindbreaking her and playing with her emotions. The wife was trying to be a good wife and mother and she suffered for it.
Reminds me of Milk Money.
