Guess who’s the admin that always forgets about his beloved website’s anniversary ? ^^;;
One month and a week too late: OH MY GOD HENTAIRULES IS NINE YEARS OLD 
I created the hentairules.net website on the 17th of December 2006, after an initial foundation at blogspot.com in April of the same year.
Nine years (and a month) later, we have…

I thank you all, you dear perverts visiting the site, for keeping me motivated to share what I find to be the most worthy day after day, because tending for Hentairules is a lot of fun all in all, it’s a daily dose of reasons to smile for me, haha 
Hentai scene guys, editors, translators, proofreaders, commissioners, and everyone else around it or helping, if you happen to read the present post, you also have my dearest thanks. My love for the crazy creative possibilities offered by manga, with a bonus when it also provides porn, would have been very sad if it weren’t for your amazing dedication to allow us to have quality contents to read. So many things totally worth discovering, enjoying, feeling moved, laughing while reading… Thank you

I have to say it would be very interesting to have a chance to meet Oliver, his team, and all of the fans of Hentai Rules.
Sadly, I’m extremely shy, I’m not good at all at mixing internet and IRL. The guys with which I’m at complete ease through a screen, I suddenly find myself unable to find a topic of conversation in the outside world. Feels weird.

8 years passed since i first stumbled on hentairules blog. Many of our old friends disappeared but the blog is still here, and, of course, so is you Oliver (but i really miss Satabos, Zathael and the rest). Congrats for your 9th anniversary, keep up this excellent job and may the force be with you.

Congrats and thanks for keeping this website live for 9 years (wow). Your site continuous update and dedicated support have been a huge help to the community.
I’ve started reading hentai since 09-10 and has been following the site ever since. I still remember the first hentai book I’ve ever read which is the Petit Roid 3 pack. The series is definitely a classic work, both in story and art. Sadly, they don’t make long series hentai like that nowadays anymore, and the author later works cant top his legacy also.
Anyway, reading the blog celebration really brings many nostalgic feelings to me. It’s been more than 6 years, many things have changed, but hentai still remained as a important part of my life. The easy going feeling from hentai sure helps me take off a lot of stress from work and study. Hentai of course helps me in THAT aspect also. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Again, thank you for everything, OLIVER and team. I wish the best for you guys both on the work on this site and IRL. Let me give u guys a hug (づ￣ ³￣)づ
On a side note though, FAKKU recently charged fee for reading in order to promote legal reading of hentai. Well, I think that is not too bad considered how we can actually support the authors now, but I heard they got flamed a lot, dunno wat happened though, can u share some info
