For some reason, the Index girls want to have sex with the male hero, Touma. Four of them have one or two pages each, and then in the second half, Misaka gets a whole scene.
I quickly gave up on the story, and simply enjoyed the artwork, it was sensible, only lightly censored, and very well done. A true reading pleasure
