A young yuki onna (a sort of ice-based Japanese youkai species) uses sexual excitation to regulate her body temperature. As her rotator’s batteries have died, she needs a classmate’s help. That’s how the story starts, but evidently, it turns out there is mutual love, and a whoooole lot of steaming hot sex

Sen is one of those mangakas borrowing from Hisasi in terms of drawing skill and inspiration, though I’ll add particular bits about the girl’s face, like her proud and arrogant smiles, seem to be inspired by another mangaka, Doumou. In other words, damn, it looks awesome
