Not once has the mangaka cared to draw the girl’s nose.
Enjoy your “cannot unsee” annoying useless detail that will anger you when you read the volume! 
(I mean, I know, the nose is something most mangakas don’t like drawing, but usually they try at least a little bit.)
That’s the first time I hear about Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu. It started with a visual novel, got a manga, an anime series. Maybe we will have more doujinshi about this series in the future? 
Anyway. Emilia and Subaru, from that Re:Zero thingy, have tea, and then sex. They’re in love (a confession comes around the end), so it’s nice vanilla, and the drawings are good: despite an over-saturation (no idea if it’s the printing or the scanning), the girl is a serious cutie, with adorable breasts, and only light censorship :3

Uh what nonsense are you writing about not drawing a nose?
I mean even in the teaser picture you add in there is a nose visible.
A minuscule pen stroke is not a nose.
I love the crack about the noseless mangaka. Ever read/see Doujin Work? At one point in the story, the main character gets massive sales because someone on the internet mentions how she can only draw characters from one side. So all these internet nerds show up and buy out her issue that they heard about. Maybe that’s what the artist is trying for here!
