Oh shit. Wow. I’m under a manic laughter right now, I can’t stop it, probably to protect myself – I was shaken 
You know this feeling, after a good horror book or horror movie, when you’re glad you were scared to death? Bingo.
It’s strange, even. I don’t like horror mangas, the non-adult ones, I find them boring and lacking in intensity. They make me yawn.
But add sexuality and suddenly the soup thickens, the recipe works, the emotions become strong enough to overpower me and make me yield, I’m taken, I’m a captive, I have no choice but to read it and enjoy being creeped out 
So there we are, a uselessly long intro (sorry! My own superpower!) for a horror hentai manga, with extremely intense sex (very graphical, expect the women to be plump, busty and kinda Rubens-realistic) and story twist after story twist.
Some stories were grotesque. Some were shocking. Some were disgusting (pages 144-168, the cow head chapter: I wish I didn’t read that one, honestly you may want to skip it). Some (yep, plural form) were beautiful and moving. Every single one of them was freaky as hell

Olivier, that was awesome ! Though I agree on the chapter with the cow. It was more of traditional horror and the hubby was typical NTR herbivore. Dunno why but in semi-horror I would expect hubby to go Jason on the village?
The Lamia and Po! ghost-lady parts weren’t even a horror, more of a mystery? Anyway, awesome!
And I agree with you about “Event Horizon” being a great horror. If you would like to something even more nerve-wracking, try newest “Fog” … wich one shook me even more than Bad End of the book it was based on.

I never watched the OVA but…. I found this and was just kinda engrossed in it. Like i was taken away the stories lol
OVA is named “Hachishaku Hachiwa Keraku Meguri: Igyou Kaikitan The Animation”. Only one episode, and it doesn’t cover the last chapter, so that connection isn’t made as to what’s really going on.
Now that was quite the twist, great read, even during midnight. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be staying up all night watching videos
to calm me down.
